Our Story
In 2010, Ricky and Vivian Phan started Bliss Homes with a simple belief: that every home, no matter its condition, holds potential. What began as a two-person operation taking on renovations and fix-and-flip projects across the Greater New Orleans area quickly became a reputation.
Today, Bliss Homes is a fully licensed general contractor in the state of Louisiana and a proud VA-approved builder — qualified to build custom homes for the men and women who have served our country. Do it right, do it with pride, and build something that lasts.
